In order to participate in the project, you must submit an online application, meet the formal criteria and obtain the appropriate number of points within the substantive criteria (motivation). The project will recruit people who have obtained the highest number of points.

Participation.

Formal criteria for participation in the project:

  • Age: 15 – 20 years old.
  • To be resident municipalities of Naklo nad Notecią (Poland), Obcina Naklo (Slovenia) or Obec Náklo (Czech Republic).
  • Submitting on-line application form for the project and included:
  • Declaration to obtain consent to participate in the project issued by my parents/guardians if applicable.
  • Declaration according to the ability to communicate in English with other project participants (Poland, Slovenia Czech Republic).

Formal criteria obligatory must be met.

Motivations (substantive criteria)

Number of points obtained in the substantive assessment. A maximum of 30 points can be obtained.

Participants who have collected the highest number of points among the participants registered in the recruitment are eligible for the project.

Deadlines

Recruitment lasts until 30.09.2024. Supplementary recruitments are allowed and will be announced.

The number of people who will take part in the mobilities among the project:

  • 13 particiapants from Gmina Naklo nad Notecia (Poland).
  • 13 particiapants from Obcina Naklo (Slovenia).
  • 13 particiapants from Obec Náklo (Czech Republic).

Recruitment Committee

  • Participants are selected by the Recruitment Committee. The committee consists of a representative of SWIG Delta Partner and representatives of partners, one for each partner.
  • Participants from Poland are selected by a representative of SWIG Delta Partner and the Municipality of Nakło nad Notecią.
  • Participants from Slovenia are selected by a representative of SWIG Delta Partner and Obcina Naklo.
  • Participants from the Czech Republic are selected by a representative of SWIG Delta Partner and Obec Náklo.
  • The results of the recruitment cannot be appealed.
  • The recruitment committee will inform the selected participants after the recruitment.

EU Values and Non-Discrimination

The project adheres to the values of respect for human dignity, freedom, democracy, equality, rule of law, and human rights, including minority rights, as described in the Charter of Fundamental Rights and the Treaty on European Union. Discrimination based on gender, race, color, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or beliefs, political or other opinions, national minority membership, wealth, birth, disability, age, or sexual orientation will not be tolerated.

In Case of Discrimination

  • A conversation will be held with the person to explain the rights of every human being and EU values.
  • If the person is an employee, they will be directed to anti-discrimination training.

Data Protection

The project will comply with the 2016 Regulation of the European Parliament on data protection. Participants’ consent will be obtained for data processing, and they will have the right to access their personal data.
