On June 7, 2024, the kick-off meeting for the project took place online. Representatives from the following partner organizations participated:

During the meeting, the partners discussed the following key issues:
- Mobility Dates: Setting the schedule for upcoming mobilities.
- Logistics: Arrangements for accommodation, transportation, and insurance for participants.
- Content Organization: Planning the program and structure of the mobilities.
- Participant Recruitment: Strategies and processes for selecting participants.
- Financial Settlements: Addressing the financial aspects and settlements related to the project.
- Promotional Activities: Organizing promotional efforts, including updates to the website, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Reporting: Preparing interim reports after each mobility and a final report at the conclusion of the project.
All partners expressed optimism for successful collaboration throughout the project.
